FERNANDEZ, Judge.

Appellant was charged with 33 counts involving 13 incidents which occurred in Tucson between October 7, 1982, and March 21, 1983. At the conclusion of a nine-day trial, the jury convicted appellant of 29 counts, including seven counts of sexual assault, one count of attempted sexual assault, one count of sexual abuse, three counts of robbery, one count of armed robbery, six counts of burglary and ten counts of kidnapping.
