This appeal results from disciplinary action taken by a Grievance Committee of the State Bar. In 1980 the District Grievance Committee No. 3-B, Appellant herein, brought suit against E. Clayton Malone. The Grievance Committee's pleadings of misconduct against Malone included: (1) neglect of legal matters, (2) failure to seek the lawful objectives of several of his clients, (3) failure to cooperate with the Grievance Committee...
