Leon William Henderson was charged in the District Court of Grady County, Case No. CRF-82-1, with seven (7) counts of Kidnapping, After Former Conviction of Two or More Felonies (21 O.S. 1981, § 741), and three (3) counts of Armed Robbery, After Former Conviction of Two or More Felonies (21 O.S. 1981, § 801). He was convicted on each count, and sentenced to "double life imprisonment...
