Appellant Charles Frias is the owner of the ABC Union Cab Company. Respondents Aurelio and Cipriana Valle are husband and wife. On February 9, 1981, a cab being driven by Michael McKnight, an employee of Union Cab, collided with a small pickup truck being driven by Aurelio Valle. At the time of the accident, Valle was stopped in the left turn lane at the intersection of Tropicana and Las Vegas Boulevard. McKnight's cab struck the rear...
