On February 28, 1985, this Court entered an order requiring the Clerk to return all pleadings and papers submitted for filing bearing the name of Héctor Rivera Cruz, as attorney, since Mr. Rivera Cruz is not admitted to practice law before this Court. On March 1, 1985, the above-named defendants moved this Court for relief from this order or to stay the enforcement of it, pending a petition for mandamus to the Court...
