FAULKNER, Justice.

This is an appeal from a fraud and breach of contract action arising out of an alleged agreement made between Marshall Durbin Farms, Inc. (hereinafter "Durbin") and Gurney and Betty Landers. The Landerses, Lawrence County chicken growers, grew chickens for Durbin for over fifteen years. Durbin supplied the chicks, and medicine and feed for them. Each set of chicks grew in the Landerses' chicken houses for about seven weeks and then were picked up...
