The court has for consideration the motion of plaintiffs, L.D. "Bubba" Harrell and Julia R. Harrell, to remand this cause to the Circuit Court of Colbert County, Alabama, from which it was removed by defendants, Reynolds Metals Company, Milton Tirey, Paul Well, Martin Hardy, Jr., Bob Andress and Neal Bishop, who constitute all of the defendants.
