Stanley Greenwood brought suit against Thomas Dittmer and Refco, Inc. seeking damages allegedly resulting from Dittmer's and Refco's actions regarding various commodities transactions in feeder cattle. Refco filed a counterclaim seeking to recover a debit balance on Greenwood's commodities trading account with Refco.
