This appeal results from the conviction of Carey Lasseigne for first degree murder. During the early morning hours of April 15, 1981, the defendant drove to the Hungry Hobo Restaurant and Gas Station in Henderson, Louisiana. The attendant on duty was 18 year old Russ Landry.
