These consolidated cases arise out of the same zoning controversy as Town of Pittsfield v. Chandler, 457 A.2d 1122 (Me.1983) (CV 82-171), in which we held that a Superior Court order vacating a decision of the Pittsfield Board of Appeals was not a final judgment appealable to the Law Court.
