Michael Gillen was charged by bill of information with seven counts of armed robbery in violation of La.R.S. 14:64. Pursuant to a plea bargain, the defendant entered pleas of guilty to two counts of first degree robbery in violation of La.R.S. 14:64.1, designated as Count 1 and Count 6 on the original bill of information.
