Plaintiffs appeal from the trial court's dismissal of their petition. We reverse and remand.

In their petition, plaintiffs allege they are representatives of a class who have worked or will work on property adjacent to a radiopharmaceutical processing plant operated by defendant, Mallinckrodt, Inc.
