On August 23, 1984, a Superior Court jury in Kennebec County found Bruce Weymouth guilty on two counts of Gross Sexual Misconduct, 17-A M.R.S.A. § 253 (1983 & Supp.1984), and two counts of Unlawful Sexual Contact, 17-A M.R.S.A. § 255 (1983 & Supp.1984).
