The defendant below appeals from an order placing him on probation for carrying a concealed firearm, entered pursuant to a nolo plea which reserved the right to challenge the denial of his motion to suppress the gun in question. Albo was stopped by Officer Faria of the City of Miami police on a traffic infraction for which he would have otherwise been merely given a ticket.
