Appellant/cross-appellee ("Haskell") appeals the trial court's refusal to set aside an arbitration award because of the appearance of bias of one of the arbitrators. Appellee/cross-appellant ("Sherway") appeals the denial of attorney's fees for the arbitration proceeding. We affirm on appeal and reverse on cross-appeal.
