Appellant Wayne Tompkins pled guilty to possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, marijuana, in violation of § 35-7-1031(a)(ii), W.S. 1977, but reserved the right to appeal the constitutional issues arising from the search of the Tompkins' property.
