SHEEHY, Justice.

Jerry Thiel and Larry Thiel appeal from a judgment of the Sixth Judicial District Court, Park County, which awarded James and Loretta Johnson the sum (including costs) of $68,235.72. We affirm.

On January 19, 1981, Jerry and Larry Thiel, as sellers, entered into a contract to sell the Guest House Motel in Livingston, Montana, to James and Loretta Johnson as buyers for $470,000.00. The Johnsons used their home for the $50,000.00 downpayment...
