Michael Andrew Reichert was found guilty by a jury of murder in the first degree in violation of Ark.Stat.Ann. § 41-1502 (Repl.1977), and was sentenced to fifteen (15) years imprisonment. He appeals, arguing that he was denied his right to counsel at the time he made an inculpatory statement to the police and thus that his motion to suppress the statement should have been granted and the statement excluded from evidence.
