MAYFIELD, Judge.

The appellant was convicted in a jury trial of the offense of burglary and was sentenced to five years in the Department of Correction and assessed a fine of $1000.00. We affirm.

Appellant's first argument is that the evidence was insufficient because it did not show intent to commit an act punishable by imprisonment.
