The Secretary denied disability insurance and SSI benefits to a 44 year-old woman who is obese and suffers from chronic low back pain, chronic intermittent hypertension, a mild to moderate dysthymic disorder, and a histrionic personality disorder. The district court found substantial evidence to support the Secretary's decision and affirmed.
