This is a products liability action brought by Plaintiff against the manufacturer, lessor, and distributor of a stump grinder. The complaint stated that Plaintiff received severe leg injuries while operating the stump grinder. The Plaintiff sought recovery on the theories of strict liability in tort and breach of implied warranties under the Uniform Commercial Code.
