S.L. Simpson of Jonesboro murdered his wife, Nell S. Simpson, and then killed himself. At issue in this case is the effect the murder-suicide had on the estates of the respective parties, and in particular, on Mr. Simpson's will. Our jurisdiction is pursuant to Sup.Ct.R. 29(1)(p).
