Relator Leslie Lundell petitions this Court for a writ of mandamus, directing the Honorable J.F. Clawson, judge of the trial court, to take certain actions in a child-custody dispute between Lundell and his former wife, Barbara Lundell Johnson. Tex.Rev.Civ.Stat.Ann. art. 1824 (Supp. 1985).
