The NLRB petitions for enforcement of its order finding that Searle Auto Glass, Inc. violated section 8(a)(1) of the National Labor Relations Act (the Act), 29 U.S.C. §§ 151-169 (1982), by firing an employee for filing a wage claim with the Nevada State Labor Commission. The Company cross-petitions, arguing that the Board's enforcement action is time-barred, and that the Board's decision reversing the ALJ's ruling was not supported...
