Defendants appeal from a judgment in favor of plaintiffs ordering specific performance of a contract for the sale of land and the granting of two easements. Defendants appeal claiming: (1) plaintiffs' cause of action was barred under the theory of res judicata, (2) plaintiffs' cause of action was barred by the statute of limitations, and (3) the court erred in granting a prescriptive easement from a tract of land to a highway.
