This appeal arises from a judgment rendered in the succession of J. Oswald Montegut wherein certain assets of the estate were distributed. The appellant is Marjorie Montegut Sutton, daughter of J. Oswald Montegut and his deceased wife, Marjorie Henry Montegut. The appellees are John and Criswell Montegut, Mrs. Sutton's two brothers.
