This action was initiated when the appellants, Suggs and Killebrew, owners of convenience stores in Caledonia, Mississippi, filed a complaint in the Lowndes County Chancery Court seeking to enjoin the Town of Caledonia from enforcing a municipal ordinance regarding the sale of beer.
