Leroy Green (defendant) was charged by bill of information with the armed robbery (a violation of LSA-R.S. 14:64) of Highland Pharmacy in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, on April 2, 1984. Defendant pled not guilty. He filed a motion to suppress an out-of-court identification which was denied. A jury convicted defendant as charged, and he was sentenced to forty (40) years at hard labor without benefit of parole...
