NORRIS, Judge.

Defendant, Herbert L. McGhee, Jr., pursuant to a plea bargain, pled guilty to one count of aggravated burglary and one count of aggravated battery. He was sentenced to the maximum terms of 30 years at hard labor on the aggravated burglary conviction and ten years at hard labor on the aggravated battery conviction.
