This is an appeal from a final order of the Secretary denying the plaintiff's application for supplemental Social Security income benefits.1 The Secretary determined that plaintiff was not entitled to the benefits, because she was considered to be married to a man whose resources exceeded the sum of $2,250. 42 U.S.C. § 1382(a)(2)(B).
