Harold Fain was convicted of sexual abuse in the first degree in violation of § 13A-6-66, Code of Alabama 1975, and sodomy in the first degree in violation of § 13A-6-63, Code of Alabama 1975, upon the person of his stepdaughter. He was sentenced to 10 years' imprisonment for sexual abuse and life imprisonment for sodomy, with the sentences to run concurrently. On appeal, he raises one issue: Whether the court erred in admitting the testimony...
