Defendant Jess Zabala appeals the revocation of his deferred judgment for failure to pay restitution as ordered. We affirm.

Following entry of his guilty plea to a charge of sale of narcotic drugs, defendant was granted a two-year deferred judgment and ordered to pay restitution of $3,600, at a rate of $15 per week. One week before the two-year period was to expire, defendant had paid only $140 in restitution. As a result, his probation officer...
