This appeal arises from the denial of disability benefits because the Secretary of Health and Human Services determined Glenn L. Hendrickson did not have at least twenty quarters of coverage in the forty quarters preceding the disability. 20 C.F.R. § 404.130(b).1 Hendrickson claims he became disabled in July 1972.
