QUILLIN, J.

The trial court granted defendant's motion for judgment on the pleadings and dismissed plaintiff's action. The court ruled that R.C. 2117.12 requires an action on a claim rejected by an estate be filed within two months of rejection; Civ. R. 6(E) does not extend the time for filing; and, plaintiff's action was not filed within the proper time and was therefore barred. Plaintiff appeals. We affirm.
