The petitioner, Roy E. Secrest, appeals the district court's judgment discharging his writ of habeas corpus and ordering his extradition to the State of Louisiana. On appeal, Secrest claims that: (1) Colorado lacks jurisdiction to order his extradition; (2) the trial court erred in finding that respondent established a prima facie case of identity; and (3) the absence of the state seal on some of the extradition documents renders them fatally defective...
