The defendant, Paul M. Sandoval, was convicted of criminal mischief involving damage of more than $200 but less than $10,000. On appeal his principal contention of error is that the trial court erred in denying his challenge for cause to a prospective juror who stated he resented having to serve on the jury, who blamed defendant for disrupting his vacation plans, and who stated that he believed the defendant...
