These consolidated actions were tried before a jury between November 5-16, 1984, and on November 16 the jury rendered its verdict for plaintiffs Quintel Corporation, N.V. and H.R. Gajria ("Gajria") (collectively, "Quintel"). Defendant and third-party plaintiff Citibank, N.A. ("Citibank") has now moved this court pursuant to Fed.R.
