Appellant was charged by indictment with one count of first degree murder and two counts of child abuse. She was convicted by a jury of the lesser included offense of aggravated battery, but was found guilty as charged of the child abuse counts. Appellant contends that the trial judge erred in denying her motions for judgment of acquittal on all counts.
