Defendants are charged with grand larceny in the second degree (Penal Law § 155.35) and conspiracy to prevent competitive bidding on public contracts (General Municipal Law § 103-e). They move this court to reinspect the Grand Jury minutes and upon reinspection to dismiss the indictment.

The motion to reinspect the Grand Jury minutes is granted.
