OPINION

JUNE L. GREEN, District Judge.

This is an action to collect withdrawal liability under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 ("ERISA"), as amended by the Multiemployer Pension Plan Amendments Act of 1980 ("MPPAA"), 29 U.S.C. § 1001 et seq. (1982). Presently before the Court is a motion by plaintiffs to compel interim payment of withdrawal liability. For the reasons stated herein, the Court grants plaintiffs' motion.
