OPINION

CANNON, Justice.

The appellant was indicted for possession of cocaine with intent to deliver. After he pled not guilty, the jury convicted him and assessed punishment at 12 years' confinement. The trial court ordered this sentence to begin upon completion of his federal sentence of 15 years.
