[S.C.H.] upon a finding that seller-principal, South Bayshore Development Corporation [South Bayshore], is not liable to subagentbroker S.C.H. in light of the undisputed evidence in the record indicating that South Bayshore neither directly contracted with S.C.H. to retain its services nor authorized or ratified the employment of S.C.H.
