This action was brought by the principal plaintiff, Page Farms, Inc., under Act 269 of 1981, to recover unpaid royalties due upon gas being produced from a gas well drilled and being operated by the defendant TXO Production Corp. Ark.Stat.Ann. § 53-525 (Supp.1985). The well was drilled on a unitized tract in which Page Farms's predecessors in title had leased their interest. The trial judge, sitting without a jury, found for the plaintiff...
