The appellant, Early Hester Johnson, Jr., was convicted by a jury of aggravated robbery of J.T.'s Service Station in Earle, Arkansas, and was sentenced as an habitual offender to 40 years imprisonment. It is from that verdict and sentence that this appeal is brought. Our jurisdiction is pursuant to Sup.Ct.R. 29(1)(b).
