PER CURIAM.

By per curiam order of November 5, 1973, 255 Ark. 1075, 493 S.W.2d 422, this court adopted the Code of Judicial Conduct prepared by the American Bar Association. See, H. Brill, The Arkansas Code of Judicial Conduct, 35 Ark.L.Rev. 247 (1981). We have not, however, adopted a means of enforcement of the code.

It is our intention ultimately to promulgate rules for enforcement of the code. To that end...
