This is an appeal from the property division in a divorce decree.

Isaac and Trong Patino were married while Isaac was a member of the service. He has since retired from the military. On February 22, 1980, the parties entered into a "SEPARATION AGREEMENT (PROPERTY SETTLEMENT AND SUPPORT AGREEMENT)."
