PER CURIAM:

Lehman was convicted of aiding and abetting the commission of a bank robbery, in violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 2 and 2113(d), based on his involvement in a bank robbery carried out by Crenshaw and Gordon. The government's theory at trial was that Lehman had planned the robbery and had flown Gordon and Crenshaw in a small plane from Belfair, Washington, where the robbery took place, to Sacramento, California. Lehman's first conviction was reversed...
