SHEA, Justice.

This case comes before us on appeal by Walter H. Fricke (husband) from an interlocutory judgment entered in the Family Court granting a divorce to each party on the ground of irreconcilable differences. As part of the decision, the husband was ordered to convey or cause to be reconveyed his interest in the marital domicile to Loretta L. Fricke (wife), to pay the sum of $300 per week to the wife as alimony, and to pay a counsel fee...
