In this diversity case concerning an oil and gas leasehold under Indiana law the district court granted plaintiff's motion for partial summary judgment, and, after a hearing on damages, entered judgment for plaintiff for $78,674.74 plus attorney's fees and expenses in the amounts of $10,432.00 and $173.00 respectively.
