New Jersey Zinc Company appeals from judgment for the plaintiffs William and Thelma Whittington in this diversity action in which a jury awarded damages to the Whittingtons. The Whittingtons cross-appeal from the trial court's denial of their motion for prejudgment interest on the verdict.
